Design Process

These designs can take us anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to complete depending on the intricacies of the design. Note that the more time we have to work on a design the more refined and better it will be.

Definition Phase

  • Step 1: Creative Brief

Customer Provides a Brief that gives us insight into what they expect from the project. eg. Theme or general concept or message they are trying to convey with the AGM design.

  • Step 2: Graphic Design Research/Brainstorming

Our team then begins brainstorming for a design concept that will best suit the theme off the AGM.

  • Step 3: Design Building

We then start work on two/three ddifferent designs for you to choose from.

  • Step 4: Review at the 10/50/99 stage

The 10/50/99 feedback process ensures that you’re checking in at the most crucial parts of a project, allowing you to give the right feedback at the right time:

10% done â€”  A skeleton, outline or wireframe of the final design. At this stage, you can give feedback on the vision and direction that the work is headed in.

50% done â€” The core components are coming together. The direction is no longer at debate so leave that feedback at the door. Instead, focus on whether or not the vision you determined is being visualized in the design.

99% done â€” The nitty-gritty design tweaks. Finally! You can start tweaking things like spacing, colors, you name it.

  • Step 5: Prevention

Presentation of the Final Artwork.

  • Step 6: Revisions

Any minor changes can be made at this time to finalise the design.

  • Step 7: Final Delivery
